E6000 is the professional version of Goop. We use it for crossover assembly. It seems to hold caps and coils better than any product we've tried over the years.  It dries somewhat quickly and has a reasonable working time.

For hard wire designs, layout the parts, glue them in place, and in about an hour, solder the connections.
