This high output 12" coaxial is tube friendly with an average efficiency of 95 db!  It is the bigger brother of the HO -10.  It is shown in a sealed cabinet of 2 cu/ft, but can work in a vented cabinet about 3 cu/ft.  The dimensions can be adjusted for different applications.

Our HO -12 produces a very flat frequency response and a smooth impedance curve which never drops below 6 Ohms. This design approach provides a classic clean sound for tube amplifiers as well as 1970's transistor receivers and amps.

Unfortunately, most modern speakers have too low of efficiency and impedance to work well with these earlier amp designs.
