The NP electrolytic are the best choice when very large values are needed but the design needs to stay within budget(200uf NPE = $4.00 or 200uf Poly = $47.85 – yikes!)
We searched for quite a while to find good electrolytic capacitors. The ERSE brand measures very good under power and varied frequency. So, even if you are compelled to use them, you can be assured they will perform.
