Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If it doesn’t look great, fit right, or sound good, feel free to return your purchase for a full refund or credit. Returned items cannot be soldered, abused, scratched or have evidence of mounting. Items that cannot be returned are crossovers, custom cut / terminated wires or special orders. There is no re stocking fee.

If you have a return:

  • Include a copy of your invoice
  • Include a note telling us what you want us to do; refund, replace, or credit.
  • Re-pack carefully. All returns should be in their original containers to prevent damage. Credit cannot be issued on damaged returns and UPS will not honor claims for poorly packaged merchandise.
  • Ship pre-paid and insured to:

    It is not necessary to call for return authorization, but feel free if you have questions.

  • Damage:

    If you suspect damage, please keep the original shipping container and call the shipper immediately. For UPS call 1-800-pickUPS. There is no need to return damaged items. UPS will pick it up and return it to us. Feel free to call us for support. 616-534-9121

    Defects:

    We are happy to replace defective items. Be sure that the unit is well packaged and insured. The warranty is void on damaged or abused drivers. Please note the warranty will be void if you try fixing problems yourself. Feel free to contact us for support.

    Warranty:

    We extend the factory warranty on drivers to 1 year from date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage or burned voice coils.
