Integrated, Crossover / Terminal Plate
What sparked the design of this terminal was the “Center” version of Paul Carmody’s, “Overnight Sensation” When we followed the build process, from cabinet construction, crossover assembly to actually installing the crossover, we found it almost impossible to get that darn network through the woofer holes to mount in the cabinet. OK, you could install the network before gluing on the front or back of the cabinet, but what if you ever had to go back to make adjustments?
Enter the Integrated Crossover Terminal. The crossover can be assembled directly to the back of the terminal plate and mounted to the back of the cabinet!
The outer plate is made from 1/8″ ABS plastic and bonded with “Green Glue TM” to 3/8″ MDF to form a ridged, attractive and versatile terminal plate. We give you a 1/4″ radius on all corners. Standard terminals are the HG-Posts and you can upgrade to the Big Posts or opt for none at all.
And there’s more! You get all the gasket material to guarantee and air tight seal along with all the mounting screws.

Here is what Paul says, “I honestly didn’t consider trying to fit the XO through the driver holes on that speaker. D’oh! But that solution is super cool. There are many times I attempted to make something like that, but the plates out there just aren’t big enough. This is a brilliant. “
