Hi-Vi, L6-6R

Hi-Vi Research L6-6R Woven Kevlar Cone Woofer.

The 6.5″ woofer is a real sleeper.  It is rather inexpensive, but gives a very nice punch in the bass, and the midrange is very open.

This unit is similar to the one used in the “Blues” by Matt Sobie and the “Spitfire” by Paul Carmody.

The cone material is woven Kevlar with rubber surround and housed in an aluminum basket.  It is 6 ohm and more amplifier friendly.
